Top names have been added to the bill for British Summer Time in Hyde Park London on Sunday 7 July 2019 as Kris Kristofferson and Bryan Ferry join Barbra Streisand.
Fans of Barbra will know country singer songwriter Kris Kristofferson starred with her in the movie A Star Is Born and has penned some of the biggest hits in country music, like ”Help Me Make It Through The Night’, ‘Me and Bobby McGee’ and ”Sunday Morning Coming Down’. Here’s hoping he joins Barbra Streisand on stage for some of those incredible duets.
Bryan Ferry found fame fronting the 70s arty rockets Roxy Music along with Ray Manzarak and Brian Eno. Ferry has scored some huge solo hits including his memorable take on John Lennon’s ‘Jealous Guy’, so hopefully we’ll be treated to a varied selection of his solo and band material.

The global singing superstar will be headlining as part of the Barclaycard British Summer Time series of concerts which this year features some pf the biggest names in music.

It’s another big show at BST Hyde Park as Florence and the Machine and The National head up a brilliant bill of live music on Saturday 13 July 2019.
No strangers to the event, Florence Welch and her band headlined back in 2016 and The National rocked the crowd along with Neil Young (also back this year) at the 2014 series.
Florence and the Machine have just come off a huge arena tour for their latest album ‘High as Hope’, which is another classic set of tunes to go along with ‘Lungs‘, ‘Ceremonials‘ and ‘How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful‘.
The National headlined their biggest UK show at last years All Points East Festival in London on the back of their album ‘Sleep Well Beast‘. They’ll be delivering plenty of quality rock tracks from their albums ‘Alligator‘, ‘High Violet‘, ‘Trouble Will Find Me‘ and ‘Boxer‘.
The bill is shaping up nicely with Lykke Li, Khruangbin and Nadine Shah already confirmed, with a full supporting line up to be announced closer to the time. Florence and the Machine was one of the early shows to sell out last time, so don’t miss out on your chance to be there this time around.

British Summer Time returns to Hyde Park, London on Friday 12 July 2019 with an incredible double headline pairing of Bob Dylan and Neil Young.
Bob Dylan and his band last played the UK in 2017 with shows mainly in arenas, he’ll be taking to the big stage in Hyde Park to treat the fans to a selection of his tunes. The man is at home tackling anything, recently his foray into the world of the American Songbook pulled out some absolute gems, but regardless, with a back catalogue as fine as his, you know it’s going to be a great show.
Neil Young last headlined the Hyde Park event back in 2014 with Crazy Horse, this time around he’s bringing The Promise of The Real, his band which features Willie Nelson’s son Lukas Nelson and an equally blistering sonic assault. Neil Young has crafted some of the finest albums over multiple decades from the acoustic charms of ‘Harvest‘ through to the seminal sets of ‘After The Gold Rush’ ‘Zuma‘, ‘Tonight’s The Night‘, ‘Ragged Glory‘, ‘On The Beach‘ and many more.
